The best way to reduce fraud is for Buyers and Suppliers to conduct proper due-diligence before entering into any transaction. PrimaSource doesn't guarantee honesty of Buyers and Supplier, so it is important to conduct proper research before commencing business. Tips on verifying your Supplier:

  • Verify the supplier's identity:for premium suppliers , you refer to PrimaSource Verified Supplier seal on their profile.You should also use other offline/online methods to verify the Supplier.
  • PrimaSource verified supplier :While Premium Supplier membership is not a guarantee of safety, these suppliers have passed a Supplier Assessment Process that increases the chances of a safe and positive companies.
  • Search for complaints or comments about the supplier.
  • Leverage Partners on PrimaSource to conduct further background checks (BGCs)

Phishing is an attempt to acquire personal data (e.g. usernames, account passwords or credit card details, etc.) or other valuable information by pretending to be a trustworthy company or person. Phishing messages are usually sent by email or by instant messenger. Scammers use phishing emails to cheat PrimaSource.com's customer and negatively affect the IT Mart. This fraudulent practice was mainly invented to steal your primaSource.com Member ID, password and other personal details. When obtained, fraudsters can sign in to your account, pretend to be you and commit scams in your name. They can also direct you to a fake website, ask you to make a payment and steal your money.
