Once the yearly subscription fee has been charged at the start of a new billing cycle, under the laws applicable in a subscriber’s jurisdiction, the subscriber may qualify for a refund if requested during a short period of time after the beginning of the subscription. For example, citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14-day period begins when the subscription service starts.
Refunds are applicable where no projects are posted by buyers and not as per the suitability and fit from a suppliers perspective as unfortunately PrimaSource cannot attend or assure that being an open marketplace.
When a subscription is cancelled, a subscriber can continue using the subscription until the end of the billing period during which it was cancelled. After the end of that billing period, subscription features won't be accessible. If the subscription is not cancelled within the time period eligible for a refund, the subscribers won't be eligible for a refund for the billing period during which it was cancelled.
After cancelling an account, if subscription is renewed, features will be restored.
Note: All features expire as soon as cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
